Terms of service

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Placing an order is an offer to buy; our acceptance happens when we dispatch the goods. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour it.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a carrier confirms a parcel lost, or it arrives damaged, we replace it at our cost — see the shipping page.

Our 30-day return policy is set out on the returns page and forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Our cosmetic products are cosmetics, not drugs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and statements about them have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Product descriptions, ingredient lists and usage guidance are provided in good faith and are not medical advice. Always read the label, patch test if you have sensitive skin, and consult a clinician about a specific condition.

Colours shown on screen are approximate. Because slippers are made and decorated by hand, each pair varies slightly. That is a feature of the product, not a defect.

Do not use this site to break the law, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, attempt to breach its security, or resell our products as your own brand without a written wholesale agreement.

The Nepalaya name, logo, product photography and site copy belong to us. You may not use them commercially without written permission.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
