We ship from within the United States. Most orders leave the same business day.
Rates and delivery

Delivery times are business days after dispatch and do not include the day the order is placed. Orders placed before 12pm CT ship the same business day.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states, plus DC and APO/FPO addresses. We do not yet ship internationally — if you are outside the US and want a pair of slippers, email us and we will tell you when that changes.
Tracking
You will get a confirmation email as soon as the order is placed, and a second email with a tracking number once the label is scanned. If the tracking has not moved after three business days, email support@shopnepalaya.com and we will chase it.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged, we replace it at our cost. Send a photo of the packaging with your order number and we will ship a replacement the same day. We do not ask you to return damaged goods.
