We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. If something on this site blocks you, tell us and we will fix it.
What we have done
The site is built to be usable with a keyboard alone, with visible focus indicators on every interactive element. Images carry descriptive alternative text. Colour contrast meets or exceeds 4.5:1 for body text. Headings are structured in order so screen reader navigation works. Motion is reduced automatically if your system asks for it.
Where we know we fall short
Some product infographics carry text inside the image. We describe them in alt text, but the text is not selectable. We are re-shooting those as we replace stock.

Email hello@shopnepalaya.com with the page and what went wrong. We aim to respond within two business days. If you cannot complete a purchase because of an accessibility barrier, email us and we will take the order directly.
