How do I pick a slipper size?

Order your usual US shoe size. Felted wool relaxes about half a size with wear, so a new pair should feel snug but not tight. If you are between sizes and want them roomy from day one, size up. Your first exchange per order is on us.

Can I wash the wool slippers?

Not in a machine — hot water and agitation are exactly how felt is made, so a washing machine will shrink them hard. Spot clean with cool water and a drop of wool wash, reshape while damp, and dry flat away from radiators and direct sun.

Which urea strength should I start with?

For rough or thickened skin across the whole heel, start with the 40% cream — it covers a large area and absorbs well. If your problem is specific deep cracks, use the 60% stick directly on them. Many people use both: cream over the heel, stick into the fissures.

Is 40% urea safe to use every night?

For most people, yes, on the feet. Start nightly for two weeks to get on top of built-up skin, then drop to two or three nights a week. If you get stinging or redness, cut back. Do not use it on broken skin, and if you have diabetes or reduced sensation in your feet, check with your clinician first.

Do the foot peel products actually peel?

The peeling spray uses lactic and glycolic acid to loosen dead surface cells, and you will usually see light flaking within three to seven days. It is gentler and slower than the aggressive urea peel booties sold elsewhere. Do not pull at loose skin — let it come away on its own.

Are these products tested on animals?

No. Our formulas are not tested on animals, and neither are the finished products. The wool comes from Himalayan sheep, which are shorn, not harmed.

Can these treat athlete's foot or a fungal nail?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Everything we sell is a cosmetic product. Athlete's foot and fungal nail infections need an antifungal treatment and, often, a clinician. Tea tree oil smells clean and feels fresh; it is not a treatment for an infection.

What is your shipping and return policy?

Free US shipping over $45, otherwise $5.95 standard. Orders placed before 12pm CT ship the same business day. Returns within 30 days for a full refund, no restocking fee.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We currently ship to all 50 states, DC and APO/FPO addresses. Email us if you are elsewhere and we will let you know when that changes.
